The expertise of four Irish Head Chefs under one roof, enjoy the heat of the kitchen at our Eight Hands Dinner
Chef Richard Corrigan and Corrigan’s Mayfair are thrilled to announce our next spectacular event – an Eight Hands Dinner in collaboration with Redbreast Irish Whiskey.
Eight hands are certainly better than one, which is why Chef Corrigan has invited three of Ireland’s brightest culinary exports to collaborate on a meal that will celebrate the best of Britain and Ireland’s seasonal produce, each course with one of the chef’s own signature flair.
Taking place on Thursday 1st September, join Chef Corrigan, Luke Ahearne (Head Chef of Corrigan’s Mayfair) Chris McClurg (Head Chef of Paul Ainsworth at No6) and Patrick Powell (Head Chef of Allegra) for an unforgettable evening of Irish hospitality, without crossing the Irish Sea.
In addition to an exuberant four-course meal, each course developed by one of the Chefs with their own artful expertise, you can also indulge in a carefully selected wine pairing or Redbreast 12 cocktail. The special night will also see an auction of Redbreast Dream Cask 29 Year Old Oloroso Sherry Edition (RRP €520), a single pot still Irish whiskey that celebrates the signature Redbreast style and combines innovation, tradition and time-honoured craftsmanship by vatting together four special whiskies, aged for a minimum of 29 years in ex-bourbon, sherry and ruby port seasoned casks.
All proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to The Drinks Trust, a charity who have provided care and support to the people forming the drinks industry workforce since 1886. A specially designed Redbreast drinks menu, available at Corrigan’s Mayfair throughout September will continue to donate profits to the organisation.
Tickets are on sale now at £150 for four courses and an arrival drink, and the wine or cocktail pairing is available for an additional £100. Click on the link below to purchase your tickets, or get in touch with our events team on +44(0)20 7499 9943 to find out more.
