Begin your day with a breakfast of salmon, soda bread, caviar, and Champagne, then spend two exciting and informative hours in the kitchen with Chef Corrigan. Afterward, sit down to a delicious three-course Christmas lunch in the restaurant, featuring dishes prepared by Richard himself.
